I showed some restraint and waited a full year to buy the happy yellow bullet journal I’ve been wanting because I still had tons of room in the sad navy one. I was determined to finish the navy first because I’m practical that way. Now that it’s July 1st, which means new pages and a new chart and time for new goals, I figured having about ten pages left in my sad blue notebook was close enough.
Welcome to the new happy yellow bullet journal! I’m excited to transfer over some of the lists I still care about and move on from the ones that don’t matter to me anymore.
I’m not going to repeat everything I’ve already explained about why I LOVE using a bullet journal system and how I use simple weekly and monthly set ups. But I will link to each of my informational posts below. I hope you find them helpful! Lots of people have told me that the way I wrote the posts made an otherwise overwhelming concept seem doable. And that is a big compliment to me. Glad to be of service. I do think many of the bullet journal guides can be off-putting.

I’m excited for you, as I just got myself a brand new RED bullet journal. I am on my third, and for the second, I used the size you had but found it way too restrictive. I have the mambo-jambo sized Leuchttrum (the same I started with) and feel like I can breathe again! I even splurged and got the one with more pages. It’s large — could be used as a deadly weapon. Thank you, again, for your knowledge in this area. Glad I took the dive last July, myself.
That’s great you know which size is best for you. Red is fierce! I love it!
