Meaningful High Holiday Posts
L’shana Tova! (Happy New Year) It’s the Jewish new year! It’s been a while since I’ve written anything new for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
I did, however, release a forgiveness themed episode of DEAR NINA. My guest, Rebecca Kotok, and I talk about our college friendship and the three years after college when we didn’t speak. Don’t worry! The story has a happy ending. We’ve been friends for another almost twenty years since those three painful years. How? FORGIVENESS.
I also recorded my friendship apology prayer, here. (Though an edited version exists on my Substack newsletter.)
I think part of the reason I haven’t written anything new about the holidays other than that recent episode is because I wrote so many pieces about it in the past and each one meant something to me for different reasons. I’m sharing a few of my favorites below!

“Waiting For Any Apology That Will Never Come” Kveller

I’m wishing everyone who celebrates the Jewish holidays a peaceful and meaningful and healthy new year that fulfills you in ways you’re hoping for and way you perhaps have not even imagined yet.
